Sewer Backup into shower

One of the most disturbing things you can find when you go to take a shower in the morning is sewage that has backed up the drain. You wanted to get clean and you got the most unclean situation. Not to worry. When this customer was confronted with this situation, they called SERVPRO of Monterey. Thankfully this was the only affected shower in the home as it was the lowest point of the home. They had the plumber unclog the line then we came in and cleaned up the mess, sanitized the shower and restored it to preloss condition. The customer was satisfied with the results.
