Preserve as much as possible

When water or fire damage strikes, SERVPRO will do the right job every time. This home had many high-end details that the customer wanted preserved if at all possible. We reviewed all the affected areas with the customer, clearly identified what we absolutely had to remove so we could effectively dry the areas to avoid mold growth. After all the mitigation was completed, we were able to complete the entire drying process with only removing the baseboard and drilling 5/8 holes below the baseboard line and injecting warm air into the wall cavity. The customer was relieved and ecstatic that we were able to preserve all other materials with minimal repairs needed.
